How do I know how frequent service intervals should be on my electrostatic precipitators?
Every user is different. We have customers who might only run one shift but require service biweekly due to the volume of particulate they capture. By the same token, we have customers who operate 24/7 and only require service bi-monthly.
I have an indicator light out on a machine. Does that mean my electrostatic precipitator is not working?
Unlit, dim, or blinking indicator lights often mean that your precipitator is not functioning properly. However, a machine could function at peak performance and not illuminate its indicator light.
Do you service both electrostatic and media-based mist collection systems?
As one of the largest mist collector service providers in the country, we provide service for all styles of mist collectors. We also provide parts for electrostatic collectors, as well as filters for media-based collectors.

What happens if I run my electrostatic precipitator to failure?
There are several very specific components in an electrostatic precipitator that allow it to function properly. Not servicing your unit will allow cells and electrical components to wear at an accelerated rate resulting in unnecessary and costly repairs.
Can I service my electrostatic precipitators on my own?
